Ah Blaseball my favorite community driven, text-based, horror, baseball simulator. Blaseball was an experience and at it's core is a lovely community all across the internet making lore, organizing collaborations, and shitposting. I first found blaseball in the spring of 2022 (?) and was on the wild ride until it ended. There are some things bellow that summarize the events and mechanics better than I could if you would like to take a peak into what it was. Unfortunetly Blaseball is officially over as it was shut down due to lack of funds.]I hope this shrine can memorialize it even if only a small part of it

Formally know as The Moab Sunbeams before the forbidden book was opened and The Hellmouth Sunbeams ever since this is the team I chose as my favorite when I first made a blaseball account and has been the one I've stuck with since.
Proud winners of one Championship and one UnderChampionship winning is not always our biggest priority. The team lore has similar vibes to Welcome to Nightvale with a large focus on community despite the giant hellmouth in the center of town
Played an instrumental role in killing god and destroying capitalism last era by scattering the coin during the Sutton Bishop Unmemorial Fun Run (We have the best scheme names)
MY FAVORITE PLAYER NAGOMI NAVA:
Imma be honest I chose her name randomly when choosing my first idol but since then I have become very attached.
She's semi possesed by an enity called "The Passenger" and was the head psychopomp of Moab before getting sucked into the blackhole at the end of season 24. She's also the sole survivor of the precognition trio and took care of the Randall Marijuana Memorial Cat cafe.
here is my favorite fic ever written it's amazing and every word of it is canon in my brain it's very long and very great.

Official Blaseball Youtube - Contains official recaps for seasons 1-22 as well as sort of a primer (also has dev qna's but those aren't super important) The recaps are very high quality and helpful to get the general idea of the history of blaseball.
Blaseball Blexplained - Has tons of unofficial recaps for like everything most importantly for new players I think are the two seasons (Season 23 and 24) that aren't covered by the official recaps.She also has made recaps for a a ton of individuals events such as the various necromancies and the Parker MacMillans
The Wiki - A great resource for the history of individual players and definitions for various terms both fanon and canon. Great place to go if you want a general idea of the lore about a certain character.
Official Discord - Official Annoucments often get commuinicated on here and there are plenty of lovely people who will most likely be willing to answer any questions you have

I'm so excited for the games to come back like :DDDD it seems like the devs have reworked a lot of the core features like a more in deph defense system and reworking the stats. All of the players that have currently fallen on the Sunbeams are super cool (currently my fave is either Pangolin, Mooney, or Grollis) and overall I just feel like the falls are really cool in general aand I love the collaboration between teams due to it it's just like really fun and I can't wait to get back to regular games in January after waiting for so long.
BLASEBALL RETURNS TOMMOROW WOOOOOOOOO! I'm very excited and will probably plonk my feelings down here tommorrow but right now I am just looking forward to it so much I finally get to see some more games!! And see some of my fav players again (even if Gomi is still missing :(
